You may return or exchange any merchandise you order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding  shipping and handling costs. In order for returns to be accepted, merchandise must be in its original condition in the original packaging. Clothing merchandise must be unlaundered with the tags still attached. Peter Gould is not responsible for lost returned shipments.

If the item you receive is not what you ordered or is defective, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money in full including shipping charges, within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Prior to returning any merchandise, please email info@peter-gould for a Return Authorisation. Please make your selection carefully prior to placing an order and refer to our size guide, located under the Sizes tab on our home page. We strive to provide excellent customer service.
